Every MARCOPLUS product is manufactured and tested to meet stringent quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-lasting performance.
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to products purchased from MARCOPLUS through authorized dealers, distributors, retail partners, and official sales channels.
01. Limited Manufacturer Warranty
MARCOPLUS provides a limited manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and operating conditions.
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase as mentioned on the valid invoice or purchase receipt.
Warranty coverage is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise specified by MARCOPLUS.
02. Warranty Coverage
During the applicable warranty period, MARCOPLUS shall, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product or component.
- Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished equivalent part.
- Replace the product with an equivalent model where repair is not commercially feasible.
All repairs and replacements performed under warranty shall be carried out by authorized MARCOPLUS service personnel only.
03. Warranty Period
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product category and model purchased. The applicable warranty duration for each product shall be specified in:
- Product packaging
- Warranty card
- User manual
- Official invoice
- Product description on the website
Customers are advised to retain proof of purchase for future warranty claims.
04. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Functional failures occurring during normal intended use
- Electrical or mechanical failures resulting from manufacturing faults
Coverage is limited solely to defects determined by MARCOPLUS to have originated during the manufacturing process.
05. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, dents, scratches, cracks, or cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Accidental damage or liquid ingress
- Damage caused by fire, floods, lightning, power surges, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Improper installation or operation contrary to product instructions
- Commercial or industrial use of products intended for residential use
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
- Damage resulting from transportation by third parties after delivery
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers
- Accessories, batteries, remote controls, cables, packaging materials, or consumable items unless specifically covered
06. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
- Contact MARCOPLUS Customer Support.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Share product model details and serial number.
- Provide a clear description of the issue.
- Follow troubleshooting instructions provided by the support team.
MARCOPLUS reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty service.
07. Service & Repair Process
Products covered under warranty may be repaired at an authorized MARCOPLUS service center or through approved service channels. Repair timelines may vary depending on:
- Product category
- Availability of spare parts
- Service location
- Nature of the defect
MARCOPLUS will make reasonable efforts to complete warranty services within an appropriate timeframe.
08. Replacement Policy
If a product is determined to be beyond economical repair, MARCOPLUS may provide a replacement unit of the same model or an equivalent model with similar specifications and functionality.
Replacement products may be new or factory-refurbished and shall carry the balance warranty period of the original product.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARCOPLUS INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of use arising from product failure or warranty service.
The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Using products according to the user manual.
- Maintaining proof of purchase.
- Protecting products from misuse and unauthorized repairs.
- Backing up personal data where applicable before service submission.
MARCOPLUS shall not be responsible for loss of data, settings, or stored information during service or repair.
11. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
